An Overview of Library Resources Online

This Zoom workshop offers a practical overview of library search tools whether you're starting your first research paper or improving your literature review skills for a capstone project. We'll search MavScholar, subject-specific databases, and AI-based Copilot to locate scholarly books, peer-reviewed articles, and other credible sources. You'll also learn strategies for accessing online and physical materials (including getting items from other libraries), and how to create citations. The workshop includes live demonstrations and time for questions, so bring your current assignment or topic if you have one. No prior experience is needed, and all students and faculty are welcome.

This workshop will be recorded, and a video of the presentation portions (excluding Q&A and participant discussion) will be posted on our Tutorials page.
